On Jan 9, 2025, I bought the t-shirt above online and made UPI payment. I received order confirmation email. A short while later, a second email from Crimson club said 'payment couldn't be processed' and asked me to pay again. I checked my bank account and found that the payment was made and I even have the transaction number. I wrote 4 separate emails explaining the confirmed payment. No replies received so far.
On Jan 10, while browsing the same item, I received another confirmation email with a new order no. It went through the same steps above and is asking me to pay again. I did not even complete the order for the item being browsed the second time on Jan 10.
This company does not have a Customer care telephone number for customers to call and resolve the issue. They neither respond to email. Overall: very poor service.
I paid for an item and lost the money. Disappointing.
